Type of NRC Hearing
Below is the list of required NRC Assam Hearing
- Family Tree Verification/ Hearing: This type of NRC Assam Hearing arises when you have mistakenly submitted does(LDC), or perhaps someone has willingly submitted your family Legacy Data to be included their names in the NRC. NRC officials will verify of such documents to confirm original identity. This system of verification called NRC Family Tree Hearing.
- Gaon(GP) Panchayat Hearing: This type of hearing is required only for married women and not valid for any women or men. There are two others hearing of women similar to Gaon Panchayat Verification/Hearing.
- Lot Mandal Certificate: LOT Mandal certificate verification will be conducted at the present of such issuing authorities.
- Circle Officers Certificate: This is also the same process of hearing as GP Certificate or LOT Mandel.
NRC Application Showing NOT APPLICABLE FOR, What does it Mean?
If your ARN is showing “NOT APPLICABLE FOR YOUR ARN”, it means that this type of hearing is not required for your Application.
If the date of hearing for your ARN is yet to be decided, it will read as TO BE SCHEDULED. If your IDs is not listed, means that your application does not require for family tree verification. The documents required for your application for hearing is the admissible documents you have provided at the time of your NRC application both via offline or online. This mainly included the NRC of 1951 and Electoral rolls up to 24 March 1971 and any admissible documents stipulated.
